He sounds just as great as Jonathan Freeman (dude who originally voiced Jafar in the movies and in House of Mouse, Hercules crossover episode with Aladdin, and Kingdom Hearts games.
When Jonathan Freeman passes away one day, this dude Yang could take his place.
Yang's Jafar can fill the whole left by Taran Killiam's newspaper critic.
As amazing as Bowen's Jafar performance is, I also want to give props to the music team for the score underneath his monologue. It perfectly accents the piece without stealing Bowen's spotlight. Bravo to everyone involved who made this happen!

What is Six Flags? Not an American here

Six Flags are a collection of theme parks that were based on the six nations that had colonies in the U.S.. The park is broken up into areas that try to express those colonies as destinations inside the park.
So one area might be based on England while another one is based on Spain etc.
They all have rides that you'll stand in for over thirty minutes for a ride that will last around two minutes.

I love the reaction from the audience when they all hear that Ron DeSantis got married at Disney. You can hear the combination of surprise and laughter at the same time.
He got married at the Grand Floridian which, sad to say for FL, is probably the nicest place in Central Florida. Thats how much Disney has control over that part of the state. DeSantis didn't have too many other options for a fancy wedding.
Can Disney annul his marriage?! They should. 😊

Seniors are it prime targeting resource next to young parents who have progressed into having children and education here, which actually sucked until DeSantis steped up and started staying closer to home. Social networking, social media etc,etc have done nothing except criticized everything and even created or twisted his words into being ugly sounding accounts of shit against him. So suck it up butter cup and grow up!
Bowen continuously provides some of the most memerorable update characters in recent years. I hope he is awarded for these characters in some way. The iceberg still tops. "It was the waaattteeerr. Did they iceberg'ed? No, b*tch, they drowned!" Always gets me

The first time I watched this I was washing dishes so I was only hearing the dialogue, and I pictured Jafar saying every word through the entire thing. Bowen is exceedingly talented, his Jafar impression is literally perfect.

The entertainment industry has different hiring standards than other industries. It is easier and legal to practice different forms of discrimination if a company can make a strong case that they are in the entertainment industry. This is why Disney calls most of the park employees "cast members." It allows the company to adhere to a different set of standards in hiring and firing as opposed to a regular store or restaurant.
Now this is the live-action Jafar we've all been waiting for.
Too bad we didn't get it. Maybe if there's a stage show a few years down the line...

It's Bowen Yang. He wrote for the show in season 44, then became a cast member in season 45 (which sadly got cut short because of COVID lockdowns).
This is my favorite Bowen character to date narrowly beating the Spotted Lantern fly and the Iceberg. He literally embodied the spirit of Jafar. Hearing him call DeSantis a swamprat and the boy is everything. 😂😂😂😂😂

When Bowen first arrived on SNL, I thought his performance was pretty yawn worthy but he crushed this bit 1000% . Stellar job
