I really enjoy when a large number of cast members are in a sketch. They all get to shine with their impressions and characterizations. And for all the (rightful) love to the whole cast, credit to Heidi and Marcello keeping everything moving.
Can we please appreciate the hair and makeup department doing a whole Pinocchio costume for literally 3 seconds of air time. True dedication to the art 👌
And picking Michael Longfellow to play Pinocchio is good casting, as Longfellow does look like what Pinocchio looked like after he got his wish to be a real boy. Just wish the writers would have done more with it.

Mikey Day has been killing it this season, but also I’m loving Longfellow in the Pinocchio costume, seems like they just throw him into any costume whenever they get the chance, not complaining though he looks cute and he’s funny too, just sad he got like no screen time this episode but I am glad to see Molly more
Loved seeing so many newbies in this sketch. Molly was especially brilliant (the end layering verbiage w/Mikey was hilarious)! Marcelo has such great energy. Chloe was spot on, as usual, and Sarah just had me giggling. Bowen as Santos was the cherry 🍒 on top!

I'm happy to see this. I thought there was a writer's strike. Kenan Thompson is the best. There isn't anyone he can't do. Very versatile actor. He slayed this as well. I thought Jamie Lee Curtis would be saying "I just won an Oscar!!!"

Meanwhile, the SAG strike started in July and, as far as I know, is still going, but there was some kind of loophole that made it possible for SNL and the other late-night comedy shows to continue production, despite the strike.
