I actually took this course the first week of COVID Shut down. It was a different side of cooking that in 28 years of cooking it opened new ways of thinking. Science & Cooking is a beautiful art. Mahalos for sharing🙏🏾
I've gone through 4 or 5 of these lectures and can't but thank Harvard for sharing. UA-cam is mostly filled with dung, but once in a while you come across something really interesting - like this series. Gonna watch the rest laters for sure!
I really enjoyed Ramond's Lecture on Chocolate. Great for student all around the world. And it is the closest I have come to a University Lecture with out leaving my room.
awesome talk about an awesome book - realy this is the last cookbook you will ever need to buy, reflects in the price: $500 - expensive but so worth it.

Why do you feel he sucks? I'm only 30 minutes into this lecture at the moment, but so far I'm enjoying what he's talking about.
