I personally own one with 93k miles and only done brakes and shocks and struts. Very reliable car

More power for what, as a several Lexus owner can said about this car, brakes are great, does not have the under steering the 350 have, fuel economy is great, awesome reliability, a great car to have
I got a 2017 with 63k miles. Had it since 1/31 and only driven it for 2k miles. I love the car, only thing I don’t like is there’s no heated seats and the slow acceleration/ speed
Anyone have any experience with long term reliability for this Turbo engine? Any experiences of this engine going past 150K with no issues????
I have had my 2017 200 turbo F sport for five years now with 103,000 miles on it. Not one single issue. Ever. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy a turbo, but I’m going to keep this car until I cannot drive it anymore, it is practically bulletproof
I have a 2017 Lexus is200t f sport. For anyone watching this video, GET THE CAR. Beautiful car and super reliable with a good amount of power that allows for good MPG at highway speeds. I love it wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

I’m at 112k miles drive hard every day general maintenance most expensive repair has been the water pump with thermostat other than that regular stuff

@@creightondunbar1381 I’m getting 20-23 mpg eco mode 24/7 when I drive sport or regular mode I get 19mpg lol but I also carry a lot of stuff in my car

I daily this everyday 🤣🤣. For what it is, I love it. Very much. Definitely ready to move on. But if you can get it used without a doubt. But yeah it's a super good *first* car or a car for someone who just wants a point a to point b while looking nice.
I'm saying that because the 350 is a thing. In terms of Lexus low line(so not the 500), I'd only recommend the 200t and 350

this car is not for racing luxury look technology not for space not for fat people but reliability wise its there mpg is there ive had this car since 2018 from 0-82k miles and all ive done is change brakes and oil change each 5k miles no regrets buying this car in full

Really?! Where would you recommend someone go to get it tuned and how often?
Anyone thinking this is a Lexus - it’s not. Not comfy ride, road noise horrible, no heated or ventilated seats, the trunk is smaller than that of a bimmer 3, the turbo lag is so big you don’t want to ride in it when merging in a city lanes. Too overpriced for what it offers. If you still want to get it - get a newer 300 v6. Circa 250hp, no turbo. Punchy.
Do you think this or a is350 f type would be a better first car?
I have no experience with the is350 f type but I can say this car is extremely reliable if kept up on properly and its good on gas. I'm sure the is 350 would be fairly similar just more expensive and not as good on gas. I'm sure it would be more fun though. As far as practicality goes, hard to beat this one but as I said I don't have much experience or knowledge of the 350

I mean it all depends on the history of the car and how well the previous owners took care of it. Also depend on the price as well. Just look up how much these cars go for with that amount of miles and have a mechanic look it over. Only way I’d get into a car with that many miles though is if the price was really right

@@user-sn9oy2or2n depends on how long you plan on keeping it too but it doesnt seem like a very bad price considering these hold value well. The use car market in general has been pretty fucked up the past 2 years so most cars are marked up. If the service records are good it shouldnt give you any problems I got one with 80k and the prev owner hadnt done an oil change in months so i changed it out first thing and get it done frequently. Still no issues but good luck with the purchase bro !!

combined you’re looking at 23-25 mpg sometimes more it depends how and where you drive it i get average 28-29 sometimes
