Reversing In A Straight Line-Beginner Driving Lesson

- In this video, I go over a driving lesson about reversing in a straight line. If you are driving a car in reverse, sometimes you will be required to go in a straight line. With that being said, I show you exactly how to do it safely, smoothly, and effectively. It basically involves scanning the area first, and then holding the steering wheel straight while reversing, and simultaneously doing all of the safety checks before you start reversing and during the reversing process!

My test is in 9 days and my first time driving was today 😭😭
For those of you looking at the comments looking to prep for your test, you can be as far as 3 WHOLE FEET from the curb!!! That's much further than what people initially think, so don't screw yourself over by starting too close to it and accidentally hitting it when you back up because that's an automatic fail if you do so much as touch the curb.
At the dmv driving test; remember to always use both hands on the steering wheel

studying these videos because i’m a visual learner, road test is probably the end of this month. i struggle a lot with turns but hopefully my practice pays off

this is what i failed on and i’ve been practicing ever since and my 2nd test is tomorrow and i still don’t know how to do this without hitting the curb😭 it especially sucks because they won’t let us use our side mirrors which really fucks me over

I really enjoy all your videos, your an excellent driver: always very clear, detailed and precise. Just a pointer with this one maybe you should have a outside view also when you were demonstrating the reversing in a straight line.
