I didn't understand 99% but so glad you only recognise two genders (Male & Female) so well done :) Despite the lack of my knowledge on the language used I managed to fully understand what was going on.
The downside of this approach is the security warnings with Macros and VBA which would not be practical for most in business, but thank you anyway.

Just my guess, 'submit' button that have been assigned to the macro will still enable even it goes to invisible, it seem that you forgot to put a conditional on the macro when mandatory field-input aren't completely filled-in then the 'submit' button shall be disable, cmiiw

First locked all cells except data entry cells then protect the sheet and unchecked the select locked cells then you can easily use tab for data entry form
In Excel 2023 or Excel 365 you doesn’t require to open drop-down list only you have to press first alphabet then option will be open

Ma ne kuch cell me data validation lgaya hai, jab bhi ma new entry krta hun woh data base me old entry se replace kr jata hai bjaye new cell me update hony k. Is ki kya wajah hai?

Record Macro karty waqt Entry sheet se jab database sheet me jaty hein to waha apka automatic data araha he but hamara empty cell arha he wo kesy hoga please guide?
1. Assign cell for each entry with equal sign
2. Start macro recording
3. Copy the assign row data
4. Then go to database sheet
And select left side empty cell hold Ctrl key and press down ⬇️ arrow then hold Ctrl key and press right arrow and then hold Ctrl and press up arrow ⬆️
5. On use relative reference
6. Press only down arrow (es dafa Ctrl ko hold ni rakna)
7. Hold alt + Ctrl and press V
8. Check on spical and click on Ok.
If Date and time format change you can adjust
And off use relative reference then go to entry sheet

How do you do that ?
For daily updates you can use =Now() for time & =Today () formulas Or change the format as long data and time which automatically updates date and time as well
After run one time the below line which use for copy data become empty
Follow the same step when you running macro

Ok jinab ap NY recording k dawran step miss ke hai. For example jab ap NY relative reference ko off kia tu os time pay kvn sa cell select tha? Ai cheez check kery tu Samaj Ajay ga.agur Samaj ni ay dubara email kerdy Mai ker k Dita ho.

In Excel, if we move one heading below one heading in ABC row, the size of two headings changes. If you move the ABC row, the size of the heading at the top should remain the same. The heading below should be resized and changed. Tell me how to do this.
