Hi MIke. Great tips.. as always. For those who like keyboard shortcuts, note that you can open the built in data entry form with the key sequence: ALT, d, o. Of course the pointer must be in the table for this to work. Thanks for the Monday database and form filling fun :)) Thumbs up!!
You are welcome and thanks for the killer keyboard : )
Way cool Mike. I was always using the keyboard shortcut ALT + D + O to get that form. The ribbon icon seems cooler !

Thanks for re-teaching an old dog an old trick. Used to use the form years ago but forgot about it after moving on to to doing other things in Excel. I’ll have to put this one back in the tool kit. Pretty handy at times. Have you done a video on “must have” buttons to put on the quick access toolbar? I bet that would be a hit.
I have a video in my Excel Basics class and in my upcoming 365 class about the amazing QAT : ) Old School Form is fun!

Excellent tutorial Sir... Good work.
My number one tip with Excel quick access ribbon...is to move the "Undo" icon away from the "Save" icon...I could never understand the Muppetology Reason why Microsoft placed them a heart beat twitch of a finger apart from each other with ensuing potential for disaster!
Very Helpful, thank you. How would I go about printing a single record to something like a label?
thanks so much. this was very helpful.
