I like that video it was very clear thanks But i got a question i got some repetitive data that i have to insert is there a way to get it to pop up when i type the start of it?
Hi MIke. Great tips.. as always. For those who like keyboard shortcuts, note that you can open the built in data entry form with the key sequence: ALT, d, o. Of course the pointer must be in the table for this to work. Thanks for the Monday database and form filling fun :)) Thumbs up!!
Excellent tutorial Sir... Good work. My number one tip with Excel quick access ribbon...is to move the "Undo" icon away from the "Save" icon...I could never understand the Muppetology Reason why Microsoft placed them a heart beat twitch of a finger apart from each other with ensuing potential for disaster!
I have one. Its free at UA-cam. Here it is: ua-cam.com/play/PLrRPvpgDmw0n34OMHeS94epMaX_Y8Tu1k.html If you go to my excelisfun UA-cam home page you will see the many free classes that I offer. Here is intro video on home page: www.youtube.com/@excelisfun
This is great and tells me how to get information into the table. Do you have a video for getting info from the table and putting it into a payroll stub?
Thanks so much.. you have such a nice teaching style... just a query.. why do we need form? when we can directly type the database details one-by-one directly in excel sheet why we would need a form to enter details?

just a query.. why do we need form? when we can directly type the database details one-by-one directly in excel sheet why we would need a form to enter details?
Cool. But what are the drop down arrows for?
The dropdowns at the top of each column are for sorting and filtering.
Can you do this for assigning a membership number to someone joining a club?
Not that I know... : (
Happy New Year, though!
