- With air sous vide and an cooktop burner the Cosori 26 quart 11 in 1 ceramic air fryer oven is truly a next level concept but can it do all they say it does?
This also comes in a premium version that includes a thermometer and a casserole pan. That is actually the version I thought I was buying before I realized there was a base model (same oven without the thermometer and casserole pan) and a premium model.

The COSORI 26 quart Ceramic air fryer oven has some unique features. The top and bottom heating elements are sealed. This provides a ceramic cooktop that you can now place any oven/cooktop safe pan directly on.
This burner feature can be used with the air fryer oven door open or closed making it a good option for braised recipes.
Another unique feature is the air sous vide option. Vacuum sealed food is placed directly on a rack inside the unit. No water is necessary.
I tried the sous vide herb and lemon butter salmon recipe in the cookbook provided with the Cosori Ceramic air fryer oven but my finished fish reached a temperature of 140⁰ instead of the 135⁰ the unit was set for. Between the recipe's 3 hour long cooking time and higher temperature my fish had a dry, crumbly texture almost akin to canned salmon.
Some adjustments would need to be made to the temperature setting for this to work but it is promising.

Excellent video and review! Thank you so much for how detailed you get in reviews! I’ll be interested to see the comparison with the Ninja. These multi use cookers do lots of things but some just average and other things well. So I’d say this would be perfect for an apartment or RV, with enough counter space, so you can do multiple things. Also I wanted to say everything you cook in your videos always looks so delicious and beautifully prepared! Nice. I sure would like to see an exhaust to the outside. Perhaps something a Handyman could install. It would make using on of these so much better on a hot day.

What I would love to see is a combi comparison cook between this oven and the Ninja Combi; using the Burner plate in the same manner as the CombiPan; same recipe; as the Burner can be used in dual cook..... Ahhhh, I typed too soon... lol. I so appreciate your doing this. I have been on the fence about this oven for months. I wanted to go with the Premium option with thermometer but quite honestly why would I do that when I have an extra Ninja CombiPan and wireless thermometer? I just may be purchasing this but am awaiting that comparison.

Looks like Ninja XL Pro...BUT gonna buying Ninja XL Pro instead of this not that freaking Double oven that's stupid , Ninja better quality & well known, BUT these days they should get the rid of all that coding Teflon on ovens & airfryers , I throw all my airfryers in Garbage coz cancer
