Thank you!! For being so informative on my first custom radio! It looks ans sounded really good! The depth you go to in these radios is phenomenal! Once again Thank you! I look forward to doing future business with you because I will definitely be back.
Quality control is still disappointingly lacking at the factory. Making any radio the best it can be, without any trickery, is all that can be expected and you deliver that, Matt. I have had the same Alpha Delta switch for many trouble free years. Propagation is still rampant. A local here, on 11 meter, was listening to a contact made in the States with Romania. I was on the mobil at the time. The U.K. has been skipping the pond quite often, as with much of Europe. Clear that backlog and the next tsunami will roll in. 👍👊👊👋 Be well my friend. 🇺🇸 73's. 😑🦗
I use to have and older Connex. AM/FM Upper and lower SSB Extra frequencies back in the day it was called free band, built in frequency counter, and had a built-in 50 white linear/kicker. That was my baby! I had it installed in my 1978 dodge diplomat. I was running it off a 102 inch stainless steel whip mounted on a ball mount mounted to the trunk passenger side as far back as I could go on the trunk… After eight years I made the mistake of NOT taking the rig in the house with me someone decided to break into my car and steal the CB. 😡🤬
Awesome job I've been checking out your videos for a couple of weeks as I'm in the market for a new radio do you have any General HP 40s in stock I'm definitely interested in one with your bulletproof mod
Quality control does suck on these units. Really sad you pay good money & they need to be gone over to get the most for your money. Good work, Matt. 73’s

Appreciate the feedback. Yea definitely helps to go through them thoroughly before sending them off.
@@TheRadioGarage would you by the galaxy 47 or Stryker 497?
Would removing the stock speaker allow the internal AMP breathe alittle better with that extra room? I only use EXT speaker on mine.
I don't think it would make much of a difference
I have a 98HP I’d like for you to do up for me
