Finally, we get euphoria's story from jules' pov! last night's special episode was amazing and i'm glad we got some insight into jules' life we haven't previously seen before.
i tried to not make most of this edit about jules and rue's relationship but i failed miserably :( she is such a complex character that i don't feel like this edit makes her justice at all but i hope you enjoy anyway!

jules has been through so much:'( and people call HER the villain
I guess since we previously only got Jules' story through Rue's eyes it was a pretty biased version of her the viewers had in mind. People would only see her as toxic when in reality both Rue and Jules are dealing with their own issues they need to heal from in order to make their relationship work in the future
Honestly the only "villain" is Nate. And even then he's really fleshed out. I appreciate that about this show. It's not black and white

GOD this is so fantastic.....them using this song in her ep is literally a hate crime against me but it fits her so well it makes me sick
I just realised how STRONG JULES were during that rought time, dealing with NATE's blackmail, Mum's comeback, RUE's addiction.

It is! It may come off as a typical teen drama and if you look past the sex and stuff that isn't as important, the show has a beautiful message and is intense. The atmosphere is beautiful, the aesthetic is gorgeous and the music is perfect. It's an incredible show

Iv'e never connected more with a character than I have with Jules, I feel like her story is mine, it's comforting and devastating.

Her episodes are the most artistic on the show, But they didn't give her time in Season 2, That was a huge mistake.
Ikr though I doubt it I hope season 3 will make up for season 2 when it comes to Jules.

I find it so interesting how the viewers react to different characters being “bad people”. It’s interesting how they ate kat alive for her situation with ethan despite the fact that even before they were in a relationship she told him someone was gonna get hurt AND he said he’ll make sure it’s him. Meanwhile people worship maddy when she literally falsely accused someone of SA and didn’t even think twice about it. Same goes with jules and rue, people act like rue is the only victim in the relationship because of her past when jules had traumatic past too with her mother’s addiction and that did not stop rue from manipulating her into a relationship and lying to her the whole time knowing exactly how jules feels about addiction, but how dare she kiss someone else 💀
