You dont necessarily have to replace the cylinders if they are damaged. You could instead get steel sleeves/cylinder liners put in at a good machine shop, and it would be good as brand new.

Understanding a little about mechanics, I strongly advise that in the final assembly, that is, when you start assembling the engine, do not do what you have done up until now with the screws. ATTENTION All screws belonging to the engine must be tightened, yes, with the torque specified by the manufacturer, but.... BUT... dry, all threads and screws must be dry and clean of residues, including cleaning spray. Because if any oil residue remains on the screws or tightening areas, when the engine runs at normal temperature, it will heat up these oil residues and cause expansion, which could cause excessive play and even break the engine.
Is that reliable information? Bolts may be coated with oil depending on the location. It should be instructed in the manual. The bolt in the video is probably the part that needs to be oiled.
Fumicho san, I have a MC22 CBR250RR with the same MC14E engine. It's very hard to find good crankshafts and bearings! You can use the Chinese bearings, but you have to machine the crankshaft to suit them.
