Why do people think they can't be filmed without permission when they are in a public place? You can't SHOW a video of indentifiable people without permission, but they are all blurred out!
You actually can show people in public and share it, possibly not in some states, but afaik it's almost always agreed that there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place.

The thing I love most about these videos is that; they really give people a prospective on how big people’s Egos are. Me personally, I know where my carts is to go when finished, but if someone were to stop me and try and correct me, (another grown man) before discovering the Kart Narcs; my Ego would have probably had a problem with someone telling me to do something I know I should’ve in the first place. @Sean Sweat I took my time to look up the actual law and spent a fair amount of time looking up if there was something the gentleman from CN was doing that would be considered breaking them and he wasn't. Would you care to point out where in the actual, written law he is comitting the crimes you accuse him of? It sounds to me that he is breaking your own made up moral laws of what's this and that based on your own subjective opinion because as a matter of fact, he's not been arrested for the things you say at all. If you've got proven evidence of times where he's been arrested for any of the things you claim, I'd be glad to see it and change my view of him, otherwise don't spread out lies.

I don't like these Cart Narcs pointing out that I am being lazy and not returning my cart after use to a cart coral as the store has kindly provided as well as the cart itself that the store has kindly provided for my convenience. So what I want to do is call the cops to lodge a complaint and waste taxpayer money as in most districts policy is to have police follow up on all complaints. The day may come when stores will no longer provide these carts as someone will have their car or themselves damaged and sue the business successfully making a precedent and the stores will stop providing. Everyone loses
