Government announced to privatise two public sector banks and one general insurance company. There are so many articles about UIIC being privatised in coming years if not month.
privatising this company is easier to start with as it is smaller among four public general insurance companies and so many different factors given in different articles why this one comes first on the verge of privatisation.
bank working days will be 5 days week
bank salary 45k+ per month
general insurance company salary only 37k and in hand even lesser
First salary revisions take place in bank then LIC then general insurance company comes. I don’t think any one of you will stay in general insurance that long.
These job are not childhood dream job.

Niacl wage revision kab hogi?
most probably by 2026 and you will get arrears from oct 2022, assistant salary will be increasing by 15000 and AO by 30000.

@@Kaishaabh bro I know all this stuff, but I'm talking here specifically about new india, it has been giving good profits year after year. And every insurance company is making huge reserves that is why other 3 general insurance company are in loss. And I also asked employees of NIACL in LPT they told me that new india will get its wage revision done irrespective of their profits or loss.
@@Kaishaabh there is no chance government will stop the wage revision as the company are in losses due to huge reserves making which is being they are asked for.
