Running into a mysterious man who has a live in handyman and agreeing to stay at his house? Sounds like you're risking a Manos situation. And nobody wants that.
On my part, it makes me wonder if it doesn't have to be interpreted in a gothic "Addams Family" way like "Delight yourself in spending this despicable moment together". It's the only way this handle makes any sense

Mad respect to Mark with his skits of him taking the place of the Paul Naschy, making the timing of the audio off to make it look like he's being dubbed over. Really neat detail
I love it that you dubbed over your usual self insert to stay consistent with the movie. That's a level of dedication I can truly get behind. Though I have to wonder, what were you saying during those bits, if anything at all? I'd love to know.
Thanks I actually filmed it a few different ways to see which would look best when I dubbed it over. I filmed it a few times just saying “watermelon watermelon rhubarb” and then a few times saying the actual lines. The fact that both Mark and ZaGorudan covered this movie in the same week is too funny. I loved seeing the different review styles cover the same film.
Hey Mark, if this movie is from 1971, kudos to you for such a clear, sharp video. The resolution is amazing and it makes your take on it so much more fun to watch. Thank You!

TO BE FAIR to the weird guy who was wandering the ruins, they were also weirdly wandering around the same ruins, so it'd be pretty hypocritical to turn down his offer just because of that.
And he had a good excuse to both be wandering around and be weird. He has a curse and is looking for salvation. They went there to dig up a corpse, go "ya know, if you dig her up you will unleash the Undying. Eh, what can you do. Lets throw some dirt in her face", Invite themselves to his house to insult his hospitality and knowledge of proper etiquette, immediately declare both their severe distrust and undying love for him, Go "can't she just... Saw this movie years ago. As a werewolf movie fan, I liked the premise. I like the idea of recurring powerful werewolf character, like Dracula or something. There's some supernatural elements in this movie that I really like. I like the eerie atmosphere when the vampires came on. That said, I wish they had 10 times the budget or something just to improve the whole shebang 😂

I love the dancing guy so much, although he may need to turn it down just a touch as whiplash is a very real and present danger when setting the dance floor on fire. Love the show Mark.
I've always found funny all those night scenes that were obviously shot at noon. Also, I lived the 70s and we did look for dead bodies on the weekends.
It's called Day-for-night shooting and was done frequently. I liked it because you can see, unlike other movies where everything is too dark. Just pretend it's a full moon, I mean, it IS a werewolf movie! LOL!
Thanks for this video. I love it when people dig up these movies and talk about them. As silly as these Naschy werewolf films can be, they are so fun and dripping with atmosphere and eye candy. Such a wonderful time to be alive when we can enjoy them with HD clarity.
