Nice video! How do you like the quality of the reel is it plastic? I just bought one for $20 it’s the 3k size supposedly it was a $120 reel, I’m excited to see what it is.
Cheers buddy, the reel is very good for the price no it's not plastic, it's very well built in fearness to them. It's one of my favourite little setups to go out with nowadays
@SPINNING_Pro yea it can cast 1gr jigs no problem at all. I use the 9lb as I get a lot of jacks when fishing for perch. But 0.06 is very light especially the j - braid or spider wire is very good as well
@mikeoutdoors22 I ask because I buy from temu a jot braid 0.06 pe and I don't know if it will be ok because many is bigger diameter and it won't cast we'll

0.06 9lb diawa j braid. I find it very good buddy 🎣🎣

@SPINNING_Pro not sure then, I can only tell you what works for me. The 0.06 is fine and on a size 1000 reel.
