The process of making this:
- Getting a high quality base recording (Amazon Prime has most of the series)
- Isolating each individual shot
- Rotobrushing each individual shot with After Effects
- Getting all the necessary cheat codes (Controlling Master Hand) and model changes (Making Mario invisible) so I could record a Final Destination with Master Hand on it without any interruptions
- Recording each proper shot in Dolphin
- Making a *custom Master Hand animation* over his idle one, getting the timings correct with the original scene
- Overlaying everything properly
- Adding effects for Squidward's shadow alongside some rim lighting
Now *that’s* dedication. You did a great job.

Love how you specifically picked Brawl FD for this. Most people would probably put Squidward on Melee or Ultimate's version of the stage so you picking the game you have the most experience with feels like putting your own personal touch on the meme
As well made as Melee and Ulatimate are, something about Brawl's visuals and sound effects just feel right. The KO sound in this game is just iconic for me

Growing up, I played Brawl religiously, FD having one of my favorite songs and lots of fun battles, so seeing this amazing editing was a nostalgia trip. Brawl feels so underrated, it was the catalyst into knowing more games
Now I'm not a Squidward main, but his Up+B could really use a serious boost. If you use his complain technique he did here (Left or Right +B tap + A hold + Left) because of version 1.00's bug they missed, it locks his Up+B unless the complaint completely finishes. Testers later fixed this in the 1.01 version release. Most Squid mains got really upset that they couldn't recover after discovering this.
But it also cancels upon being attacked, just not grabbed.
Shouldn't of dissed Brawl like that Squidward.
I liked someone's idea of Squidward crashing through this house and then respawning with another life, but I like the idea of him running out of lives and his trophy body being on the Continue screen.
I absolutely loved and still love Super Smash Bros Brawl so squidward deserved that
Honestly this is just reminding me of the era of squidward where he wasn't a character that existed only for torture and his only emotions weren't Mopey and Absurdly intense angry yelling that would make the Hulk seem like he found inner peace.
After his Up B Clarinet Hover got nerfed Squidward had no other air recovery options and Master Hand knew it.
