Hey man, really helpful video! If you don't mind the crit, the music is a bit too loud. It makes it difficult to focus on what you're saying, which is disappointing because you have a lot of great tips to share!
Fun random fact: the hop actually slows your forward lateral momentum, but at the same time speeds your rotation by establishing a plant. Think of how hard-tapping the brakes on a car causes the car to pitch forward.
For an interesting comparison, watch vaulters and floor performers.
A strong run-up is still absolutely crucial either way.

I learned a backflip 8 months ago and I've done a standing full, but I still haven't tried a round off backflip, hopefully I'll get it soon.
I can do it now but I definitely need to work on my round off
and who knows maybe in 2 years I land double back
Is cork and full kinda the same thing to teach with the spinning or not because if not then I would like a full tutorial or round off full

Is it easier to learn round off backflip before a Standing backflip???
Oh much easier. Because without the roundoff you don't have the momentum. But the backflip standing requires a lot more push from your legs, arms, feet, and basically your entire body. But with practice every trick gets easier trust me 👍
