I like the 910. For my son and daughter's duo - 2 vocals and guitar, it's just perfect as FOH. If they're friends join in and it becomes a full band with drums, bass, piano and guitars, I'll just add a 12" or 15" sub. The light weight and smaller footprint of the 10" and the crystal clear sound it produces is just a winning combination for me!
For anyone looking to use these for club music as DJ: They're ridiculously loud, even the 910s. Smaller tops will provide more crisp sound as there's less material to move. But again, these are tops. They're not full range speakers in the way one would hope. If you want something that even reminds you of club bass, you're going to want to pair these with subwoofer. Yes, even the ART 915s. They only go slightly deeper than 910. Bigger driver only means they're able to output more decibels of mid range. Every genre from classical to jazz, to old school rock to pop, really benefits from a sub with these. If the use case is limited in space (no big halls), go with 910s, or at least make sure you factor the sub into the budget before splurging on 915, 935, or 945.
I have the 910's on top of a 15-18" subs. The vocals on the 910's are prestine like REALLY LOUD AND CLEAR! It's really amazing how detailed RCF sound is!
Thanks for the demo. The 910 high end sounded just a bit muffled on the first two songs compared to the larger speakers, but still sounded good and I probably wouldn't have thought about it without a side by side comparison. I missed the note about the clipping for the last tune at first, and only saw it because I went back to the beginning of the tune. You may want to have the note stay up or at least show it a couple more times if you can.
Yes, the 910 high end sounds not only muffled very dark and unclear compared to the 912! I believe the 710aMk4 just might sound better than the 910 due to the crossover at 1600 vs. 1800 on the 910!
The same I heard, 910 was like muffled and the bass was a bit muddy compared to 912, and 915. The bass felt a bit deeper and wider in 915 compared to 912 but still it was really comparable with 915. S0 perhaps the combination of size and sound, 912 is the winner for me.
Very good and helpful sound comparison, thanks a lot 🙂 For me the 915 shows the best round sound cause of more low frequencies, but: Normally i will add a subwoofer to the tops, so i think, then the 912 will be powerful and "round" enough. Tops should not be too heavy is another reason against the 915. Better is a heavy subwoofer to handle cause of 4 wheels of each unit.
Been doing this since 2004. never liked 10's low end. The 912 gives the best-balanced sound between the three. 10" sounds a bit muffled due to smaller driver. I personally use 2 RCF 12's over 2 QSC KS118. perfect for 90% of my gigs. Mids are great on the 10" though.

A very good video with many details. I was in doubt between 912 and 915. After watching, it's clear that 912 is what I need. Is 932 an improvement for sound quality? I noticed it has a 1.4 driver with 3 coils. I will always use it with 905mk2. Thank you.
The 910 seems perfect for Kemper Mooer ge 300 fractal guitar emulators to be used live.. On guitar forums brands like kemper fractal etc recommend the 10 speakers. on floor as ammunition along with guitar as live band situation!?
Thanks for the test. Choice of recorded materials for old duffers like me makes it hard to differentiate - it’s zero real instruments nor vocals. Are these aimed at DJs only?
We have one track at 10:40 that has some vocals. These are used both for DJ and live band. We just have to be careful what we use because of copyright strikes.
I bought a 910, the quality is amazing, I only have one, but I was even surprised, I don't even need a subwoofer for the terrace at home and outside in the garden, I use a Bluetooth adapter for personal use, it's too mobile, it's very powerful, as such a small speaker mach beter then 2 jbl 310
Thank you! We can’t gotten to play with the AX yet. For us the extra DSP isn’t very useful. But if you were doing a very quick set up with out much control on your mixer it probably would be.
I'd be interested to know what the 910 high passed over a sub sounds like compared with a 935 or 945 high passed over a sub. I had assumed the 35/45s would sound at least as good due to the low crossover.
910 with the sub 702 mk3 sounds incredible, subs definitely aren't loud enough to push the 910s to their full potential, I know this is a late reply but hope it helps
Thanks guys you deliver a good info! When i listening mainly vocal parts, the 915 sounds immediatelly more open-air than these smallers. Is it possible just adjust DSP of 910/912 for better that?
Is it normal for the RCF ART 915A speaker to always be warm, at the back around the power switch area? I don't mean warming up after 3, 4, 5 hours of work at 50%, 60% power, but it simply warms up after about 10 minutes of work. Even when they are not working, they are just switched on? (both speakers)
We have one video with the 735 vs the 935. I wish we would have thought to do a 710 vs 910 before we sold them all. We sold 20 710’s in just a few weeks. They are great speakers too!
It really depends on what you are using them for. The Evox 12 would definitely be capable of lower sub response but the 515 is just so clear and accurate.
Hi guys was thinking bout 910s with 12 inch sub. Would this be enough for large noisy pubs in your opinion. We run rock backingbtracks and have live guitar and vocals.
@@sweettreeproductions2149 I've used them for around 5 events. They are great, I also have the QSC K12.2 which sound so harsh in comparison... they push people away. The RCF people can party up close to them.

It sure was, the highs on the 910 sounded awful! What's going on here?
what’s the difference on pure max loudness between all of these?
A few DB’s. It’s mainly due to the difference in low frequency drivers. It allows them to push more air.
