No, not that I know of. The tab in the death note for mini bosses is a new Multikill source for all normal monsters. It does not affect bosses in any way.
I already almost reached W6, but i only started F2P w autoloot a few weeks back, hence i dont have a lot of long term occumulated multipliers. ---> is there a quick note somewhere which summarizes what needs to be done to get to this level of farming colosseum? My drop rate is a little above x2 and i only get 1-2 key per run, even with a x20 drop rate i dont understand how you get so many keys :) any input would be much appreciated.
Thanks to the new Vendor Stamp, which increases the stock quantity of all items, I'm able to buy two pickles every day. Additionally, I've used a couple of golden pocket watches to restock all items instantly.
The Shaman class has a talent called "Tenteyecle" the has a chance to reduce all ability cooldowns by a few seconds whenever you kill an enemy. So it works perfectly in the colosseum.

Your drop rate and colosseum score for better chests are the only factors that have any effect on the loot you get.
How did you get so many pickles so fast? W6 isnt even out for that long.
Did you use the 15min shop reset time skip? If yes, how?

By doing the boss kills you get gems for, killing bosses
