Yuu and Shinji dialogue skip

Chainsaw a zombie either while Frank is saying "I Frank. Photojournalist" or "I you go safe place together"
Then skate across the bridge as soon as Shinji starts speaking but not any later than after Yuu finishes speaking

After some further testing killing a zombie when Frank says "I Frank. Photograph taker... Journalist." also works
Just specifically have to kill a zombie when Frank is speaking.
And for skating across the bridge you can skate across during either of their first two dialogue boxes but not any later otherwise it'll become unreliable
