Dynamic No Fins is a specialized niche of freediving in which divers swim either horizontally without fins. The vertical version without fins is known as CNF which stands for Constant Weight No Fins. We mostly use DNF and CNF for pool training and diving in shallow water where using long freediving fins would be an overkill.
The workshop with Zhang Yi was a wonderful opportunity to learn how to do it properly.
