I am currently remodeling a “room” on our property that will end up turning into two rooms. No toilet, 2 jealousy windows, 2 doors,metal trusses, prepainted roof gutters on 1 side and sanipa on 3 sides. Basicall a full teplacement. With materials and labor, Im estimating 250k to 300k when done. Pesos cheap electrical fixtures, cheap tiles, 4 in CHB, masonry finish with skimcoat and paint inside and out. Flat angle roof.

Pwede po ba mag pa redign niyong gawa mo?..gusto ko po siya pero padagdag po yung pinto sa gilid maging sliding 2door para open space and sarado na po front door binta nlang roof deck po gusto and yung cr dalawa isa inside the room and isa sa may kitchen kht sa 6x7 m po na house plan .high ceiling din po tsaka yung kulay yung ndi masakit sa mata .willing magbayad po.next yr po kasi papagawa ako🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
