This is a real winner as either a starter home or a retirement home. Efficient layout, easy to build, easy to maintain. Even the kitchen, which is so often a disaster for an ambitious cook, is an excellent layout. Part of the storage in the laundry room could make an excellent pantry, making the kitchen that much better. The only change I can see needing to be made is to widen the door into the bathroom. I would make it a pocket door so it does not take up floor space.

Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area and a terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard.
