Making ghee at home is super easy. Melt some organic butter sticks in a pan, on low low heat, and when it’s all melted, filter it, (use the white milk protein for baking), pour the clear butter into jars with lids, let it achieve room temperature before putting it in the fridge. Boom! You have healthy fat that can be used while cooking with high temperatures!
I don't see the point. Ghee was originally used so that butter could be stored at room temperature without spoiling. With refrigeration, ghee is kind of pointless imo.

Cold storage. It's why we have fridges and freezers in the first place. Cold kills a lot of microscopic organisms like bacteria. Bacteria, much like everything else in life, has continued to evolve over time. Chances are, our ancestors DID have to deal with such things, but survived it either by building a natural immunity or already having said immunity. However, over time, bacteria, parasites, viruses, etc, would have evolved in ways our body wouldn't be prepared for. To work around this issue, cold storage would allow us to kill of a large amount of those dangerous microscopic organisms before ever actually needing to eat our food. Then, whatever was left, would be killed off when we cooked our food.
