- We finally get the 2022 DSG wrecked MK8 GTI back from the shop . it’s been hit twice now and we finally have it back. It’s been a long road that’s for sure! Thank you to Justice for filming this while I’ve been gone!

My experience with caliber collision was horrible. It took them about 7 months to fix my car right. It was eventually repaired correctly at least I think so. We'll see how the repairs hold up over time.
They did a fairly good job on ours , my wife works for enterprise so she had a good relationship with them as they do a lot of enterprises cars
Like Austin said, I have a really good relationship with them, which is why I picked them. So far the repairs are good, not perfect, both the front and rear bumper do not line up 100% but I expected that. The paint matches perfectly tho, and they finished everything including the windshield in just over 2 weeks. Which is average for repair time frames. Overall im satisfied with their communication and their work. I am sorry you had a poor experience with them :(

Like the other user commented I also had a HORRIBLE experience with Caliber Collision that took half a year to get like 95%. I was rear ended and the day I walked up to pick my car up the repair quality was comically bad. I seriously thought they were playing some kind of joke one me.
