@@mechanicalengineer3843the key is reading, reading, reading. Try to consume as much reading materials as u can. Choose any book and stick with it. Google, should u face any words u dont know!

I can't recommend E2 enough! Few years ago when I was prepping for my Academic IELTS, Jay's vids were super helpful! He is right about multiple UA-cam videos misleading students! (and I hate it when they get popular, thus making it difficult for the test taker). Can't wait to practice and give my general test soon! :D

Big thank you to Jay. in 2020 I took the PTE test after watching just Jay's videos and I scored an 86 overall point on my first try. I started practising for IELTS general using just Jay's videos in November 2023 and I took the test on the 8th of jan 2024. Just got my result and L- 9, R- 8.5, W-8, S-8 with overall band 8.5. Thank you for your contribution for helping me get the required score ..I just had 2 weeks to prepare not knowing anything about what Ielts test was and was able to pass with an overall band score of 7.0 which was my first attempt .I believe if I had more time ,I could have made a higher band score.L7,R,6.5,S,7.0,W,7.0

The way you explain I wrote my IELTS and I passed because of your guidance I would alot but I just want to thank you I only had a short time to practice but I managed to score an overall of 6.5 band I know I could have done better but I did this in 3days then went to write the fourth day but all in all thank you

@@V1deos505 Hi ! To be honest, I don’t remember any specific videos because I watched nearly all of them (particularly those dedicated to writing) . But I can recommend “Fastrack IELTS” channel here, on YT - her videos explaining tasks like “True, False, NT” and writing tips had also helped me. Plus, you can search for a book “Improving your skills. Writing for IELTS. 6.0-7.5” : examples and exercises from there were really useful to me

How much days of practice days did u took before exams
@@jiteshraj2685 actually it was my third attempt. So I didn't practice much, I just gone through his videos a week before my exam...! Highly recommended to watch speaking module videos before speaking test, actually it helps us a lot. Because we run out of ideas and we'll feel nervous during speaking, so Jay's approach is best way we can follow during test..!

Dear E2, I would sincerely thank you for everything you provide us with. I just received my IELTS academic test result and I got overall band 8.0 (L 8.5, R 9.0 , W 7.5, S 7.5). I only got 1 month preparation and I purchased the Express+ package. The live classes, practice test and and mock test were all very helpful. I received band 7.0 for my mock test and through the detailed feedbacks I managed to improve myself during the real test. For example in the writing section, I was not aware that I made small mistakes such as countable/uncountable nouns and article. Without the mock test I would not even know that I have made those kind of mistakes! I really recommend your service!

Jay is an extraordinarily talented (and charming!) tutor and these videos have been most exceedingly useful.
Seriously, he is the best IELTS instructor on the whole of UA-cam.
The strategies and methods Jay suggests are extremely useful and work really well. I have not been using my English for three years (except for writing comments on UA-cam and such), and I have gained back the confidence I needed to pass the test by carefully re-visiting every video with Jay here and by following his tips on the test day.
