ILoveMyHIU YES!! That was awesome. However, the BEST performance of Swoop was when they danced in tiger girl! It was either 99 or 2000. The routine was flawless and in my opinion the best performance in J-sette history. It was soooo good. A lost gem. I haven't seen it here on youtube since 06, 07.
Every time i watch this...i get goose bumps...the boom was just phenomenal....j settes...that routine goes down in history as one of the best routines from any college dance line....

I don't believe the current understand that the J-settes transitions are what made them so unique from any other squad! Everybody wants to look like the next team now. That shit is redundant and boring as hell compared to this! These ladies worked the field!
The current looks more like dolls and stingettes they lost the flare the style that made them stand out from other teams and I blame a lot of that on dianna Williams horse mouth with her watered down version of j sette when her show went mainstream it made it appear as if she was the blueprint when she was a j sette reject twice over .she never trained or danced with the jsettes .majorette dance is in a horrible place and only the gays can save it now

@bambam12195 yes sir, that's Krystal Hayes ! No I do not know her but she was actually the reason i fell in love with her and all the young ladies that all danced with her from 02-04 THEY WERE EVERYTHING and Then some lol. My favorite routine still to this day :)

Dance is evolutionary. The current J-Settes can’t do what the they did in previous decades. Not that they were but you have to also remind yourself that things like stunts, uni’s, hair, counts, etc etc are elevating. If they don’t keep up with the times, then you’d be saying that the J-Settes are outdated, and they’re never going to give you the chance to say that. Along with that, the J-Settes today are still traditional, they still have Get Ready, they still have their staple moves like they always have, they still wear the uniforms that are over 20 years old, still perform remixed counts and field shows that are decades old.
