@@grantliu6214 Surely! Thank you for this video! Did he paint the dowel at the end? I looked through the comments to see if that question was answered. Didn't see it
Bless you and your ministry. I never made flags and need to make some for gifts. Can I make them smaller since my rod is only 24"? I love that you anointed them with oil. Do you have other videos on making the worship flags. Thank you Higranti.
Thnak you for your video. Where can I find this fabric Tissue Lame? Because I'm from oland and to buy it from America is too expensive for me and I can't find it anywhere... :( Please Help
I close the top end by hand stitching and then secure the flag at the top of the pole and then half way down with a thumb tack. The bottom end I secure with a generous dab from an ordinary glue stick which I get from a stationers. Barring the hand finishing, it takes about 2 minutes flat!
thanks for the video. I'm thinking that the diluted all purpose glue may not keep the flag on the pole for too long, with vigorous use. Would you suggest reapplying the glue solution after a few uses, or maybe even stapling the flag to the rod in addition to the glue help to keep the flag intact? I have never made a flag from scratch only embellished finished ones. I don't want them to come apart while being used. Thanks for your help, just nervous.
use the fishing lure holders and attach to the end of a dowel rod so the ribbon can spin without tangling. (won't let me attach a web site or picture, but that is the general idea.)
Sewing/stitching is good for large flags and tight-fit the fabric for extensive use. Gluing is better for small flag and almost tool-free to make. Will put sewing flags in the coming tutorials list.
I know this is late... Wish I saw this earlier but not really... Best is Silk or another solid not too heavy fabric will do for streamers... Unless you so half organza and another fabric to give the organza some weight... But not on its own...
Absolutely my bad. I will redo this video with spoken English instead of caption since I can't find the original footage. Apologize for not giving the update sooner. Thank you all for your comments.
It's a tutorial video. I don't sell flags. Should you need further information of making basic worship flag I'll be more than happy to answer you. God bless you.

I understood "anointing oil"... That part especially blessed me!
God's blessing is beyond words.

@@sayurismith1259 He didn't paint the dowel. It would look nice if it's painted. Thanks for the comment.
Only where the fabric is. Otherwise the handle would be sticky
He added acrylic paint for the handle
Thank you. The fabric used in this video is Tissue Lame, and its size is 44" x 50".

They are beautiful. Could you give me the size of the seam and the material you used. Thanks!
Could you please create a video on how to make wing flags made of quills or silk?
To mrsmissme: the stick (pole) is 3/8-inch thick (diameter) and 4 feet 48 inches long. You can get it from most of hardware stores such as HomeDepot.

Can you make a tutorial on sewing flags. What the difference between. sewing and using glue will it feel lighter?

I didn't understand the language, but the visual was enough I could understand how to make one.
What did you use to mix glue????
