Same sunday was only my second service. And some of the moves i def struggle with

I just let the Holy Spirit move through me, it’s harder for me to actually try to learn moves and do them, that’s when I’m akward and don’t move right, but when I just relax and go with it it’s easier and flows more, and it’s more like dance worship than just making certain movements purposely, is there a difference?
Otherwise I’m the flesh I cannot dance. I’m awkward and have no rhythm, but when I don’t try and I don’t try to do specific moves and I just relax and let the spirit move me it seems like it flowed beautifully, I even feel like what I’m doing actually means something in the spirit and is doing something in the spirit. Is this so?
That's wonderful, and that's exactly what I was doing when I started to dance with worship flags. It wasn't until someone pointed out to me that certain movements were consistent specific song lyrics.
I thought I was moving randomly but evidently, Holy Spirit was teaching me. I started to study my movements and when I used them.
That's when I realized that although it is freeform, there is still order to it.

There is nothing mentioned in the Bible about flag waving for worship. These people can't point to one scripture to back up their claims. I attended a flag waving church and I found flag waving to be a distraction to true worship. Show some Bible verses to backup your claims otherwise what you are saying is not on solid ground.

Flags are fine on the battle field and to identify property or conquered territory but have no place in church worship. Worship is spiritual and flags are physical and you can't use one for the other. Flags do nothing in the spirit nor can they.

Beautiful flags. I purchased these to use in a praise dance piece. I will be using them again in July. However, I'm wanting to learn how to do a quick movements as you used in your videos.
Are you still struggling to see how to make the movement? There is another video, it's called 3 Tips for Beginners. The recording is really (really, really) rough but it explains the figure-8 a little better.
