The competition heats up in the 24.2 Open workout with a 20-minute #AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible). Athletes will be tested on their rowing, deadlifting, and double-under skills.
Top contenders #ArielleLoewen (3rd fittest Woman on earth of 2023) and #GraceWalton are both in the top 10. Watch them go head-to-head as they push their limits to complete the most reps possible.
Currently, Grace Walton holds the number one spot in the Open. But can she maintain her lead?
