The CrossFit BEAST From The East: Roman Khrennikov
Roman is originally Irkutsk, Russia. Born in December 1994, he always engaged himself in physical activities since childhood. Since his early years, he practiced break dancing, played multiple #sports, and even got himself involved in rowing on a yawl. He studied at the school of #Olympic Reserve for the track and field profile and just after a year, he switched completely to #gymnastics. He was always fond of activities that required full body exercise; hence he also took up swimming at the same time.
At the age of 21, Roman was introduced to #CrossFit, and he quickly became hooked to it. It ticked all of his boxes and given the immense strength and exercise involved, he continued CrossFit, eventually reaching the point that all CrossFitters reach, dreaming of securing the title of #TheFittestManonEarth.
In 2015, he decided to carry on with CrossFit training full time. After almost a year, in 2016, Roman and his wife moved out of Irkutsk and settled in St. Petersburg, Russia. The whole time, Roman stayed true to his game and did not give up on training. The cherry on top was his wife who always supported him throughout his journey.
