Commissioner urges residents to leave extra travel time as stretch of the M25 closes this weekend

Surrey's Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend has urged anyone travelling through Surrey this weekend to leave extra time for their journey as a section of the M25 closes.
National Highways is shutting the carriageways between Junctions 9 and 10 in Surrey from 9pm on Friday until 6am on Monday for bridge work.
Diversion routes will take cars on a 19-mile journey on A roads. It's the second closure since March.
