Surrey's Commissioner speaks about the impact of shoplifting during visit to Oxted

Surrey's Police and Crime Commissioner has told of the impact shoplifting can have on both retailers and communities as she paid a visit to Oxted. Lisa Townsend spoke with shop workers, local councillors and MP Claure Coutinho about the policing response to the offence.
