Deputy Commissioner calls for change to catapult legislation after spate of attacks on swans

Ellie Vesey-Thompson, Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, has called for a change to the legislation around the use of catapults. Ellie, who has long backed changes to the existing law, recently visited the Shepperton Swan Sanctuary to discuss the issue with volunteer Danni Rogers after a spate of attacks on wild birds.
