As a Utd fan, Onana has had a better season than I think a lot of neutrals realize. Yes, he was terrible in europe, but hes improved a lot. And he faces the most shots practically in the league. And had one of the best save percentages. Had a brilliant world class save against city in the final too. Yes, the goal was poor, but ddg let that goal in last year in the first 5 seconds, and hes a top shot stopper. Alison makes mistakes, ederson makes more mistakes than saves. Its always clear when a keeper fucks up, but i think he's been okay.

Mount - Yes, keep and push him back from the bench and find his form.

Maguire isn't suitable to play how United should be playing. He's a good defender of his own box, but his lack of pace and agility, his poor ball playing and the amount of time he needs on the ball all goes against him quite heavily. Amrabat should be staying. He's been great the last few games, including the FA Cup final, when he's finally been asked to do what he's best at. He's not a world beater, sure, but he's a cheap option in a position we sorely need.
As for Southgate to United, there is no way on earth that should be happening. That would be an absolute travesty.

I agree with you until you mentioned Harry Maguire. Harry Maguire has been Captain and made a mess of it. The job of a CAPTAIN/CB is to organize his team, especially his Backline which includes Defensive Midfielder(s). Here is the thing, Harry Maguire can even position himself for most of a game. He constantly finds himself out of position, many a time high up field for such a slow player when it comes to backtracking. Then there vulnerability come defending corners; he is a magnet for scoring own goals. Harry Maguire just like Wan Basaka at best is the six/seven spot tier team player.
