One Month of "Van Life" // Honest Review, Cost, Logistics and Sleep

We are Holly & Sam and ...
This is our completely honest first month review of our van travels across Europe. We take you through everything including how the van is holding up, any problems we're had, insights into our cooking, water consumption, shower situation and a full breakdown of how much this month has cost us. Like we say in the video, this first month has been a holiday for us and we have definitely indulged in certain areas, but we know this will even out in the next few months. We saw you parked today @ Torghatten and shared two ferries with you!😉 Norway is quite expensive (4 weeks experience). Also, the plant based options are not that great here. How much on food? What on earth are you eating?

You got it, we eat the earth.
When we cook for ourselves we eat mainly plant based and that's alot of vegetables, nuts and olive oil. We try and stay away for seed oil as much as possible.
Anyone else wanting to know more, I was thinking of making a video about the food we eat specifically. One of our goals is to use this time to be healthy and prevent ourselves from getting ill so we can enjoy the experience to the full.
