He should've been. Instead he got a "vacation" and then got promoted. Navy brass takes care of their favorites unlike what they did to Fletcher and Rochefort. Simply disgusting.

It was pretty disappointing about the Hornets paetisapation in the Midway battle but Mark Mitchner pufoemance latter in rhe war more rhan redeamed the bad performance of YSS Hornet
