Why is there a fire place in the foyer where no one can enjoy it? Nicely decorated but not worth $26.7 mill. Some of the bedrooms are small and a basic stove.
I thought that too (the fireplace in the foyer) at first, but then I thought: For almost $30 million, why not? Looks impressive & I’ve seen tackier things in these mega-McMansion.
For your guests to gather by as they arrive for parties and you greet them, and again as they depart and you get their coats. It's a welcoming touch.

I'm sure such highly, well known, Canadian people like Ryan Reynolds, Hayden Christensen & Mackenzie Davis can afford a place like this no problem. .....and the reason why I had specifically mentioned them is because all 3 are from Vancouver within British Columbia. They can afford a home like that no problem. I'll be ultimately lucky enough if I can afford the front door.
