      Put your bowl on top of some ice cubes, keep whipping until the cream becomes stiff, which means when you pull out the blender the cream would stick to the hooks.

      She probably uses whipped cream POWDER+cold water. You can get an extremely thick whipping cream

      Non dairy whipping cream. Keep bowl and beater blades in freezer for 30 mins before beating. Beat at low to medium speed

    Omfg you're amazing. I just made a cake for my mom today and getting the whipped cream even close to acceptable looking was soooooo insanely difficult. Gawd cake decorating is so hard but you make it look so amazing

      Just refrigerate, otherwise it will become ice.

      It should be kept in the refrigerator for 12 hours before whipping it , and it would be better if you whipped it with some ice under the bowl 😊

      350g should be sufficient

      The container with whipping cream needs to be larger to hold the cream. Otherwise, your whipping cream would "fly" everywhere while whipping, a disaster if using a small one.

      Hi,
      You need to use cream fix or whipped cream stabiliser which gives a firm consistency to your cream 😊.
      I hope that tips could be helpful
