Put your bowl on top of some ice cubes, keep whipping until the cream becomes stiff, which means when you pull out the blender the cream would stick to the hooks.
The container with whipping cream needs to be larger to hold the cream. Otherwise, your whipping cream would "fly" everywhere while whipping, a disaster if using a small one.

Non dairy whipping cream. Keep bowl and beater blades in freezer for 30 mins before beating. Beat at low to medium speed

Just refrigerate, otherwise it will become ice.
It should be kept in the refrigerator for 12 hours before whipping it , and it would be better if you whipped it with some ice under the bowl 😊
