Searching for a Snapper

This is the last of the 'backlogged' videos. There is one more video awaiting editing but that was a recent recording.
This is a bit 'rambly' as I lost my bearings on the road and so lost my train of thought. Sorry about that.

I know the 'loud pipes' thing can lead to folks taking up deeply entrenched positions for or against, but my thoughts for this video were more on the lead-up to situations where horn or pipe is needed.
