Your last plantar fasciitis video has easily been one of my most favorites of its kind out there. This one just seals the deal. Every stretch, push and pull feel so intentional. My feet feel healed just by watching. Thank you again for sharing your way of explaining your techniques in such an articulate, yet easily understandable manner, even to a layperson such as myself! Your passion is palpable.
Currently in massage school and presenting the pathology of Plantar Fasciitis and different massage treatments for PF. Your video really helped. Thank you!
I absolutely love your vedios... now started learning massage therapy and my instructor don't even show us stuff like this... thank you alot and may God continue blessing you for all your hard work and knowledge you share ❤
Thank you for this I'm a massage therapist and always willing to learn my sister has this condition and I done exactly what you did and it has helped her tremendously.... Thanks again 👍
In struggling with my plantar fasciitis it has helped me to become a better therapist in treating this condition. I have found that applying ice and using Gua sha stones for massaging the area and surprisingly, something that you might find amazing is that when I place my fingers on ST 37-39 (mid way down between the tibialis Anterior and the tibia) simultaneously with dorsiflexion the pain disappears IMMEDIATELY . Don't forget the tibialis anterior muscle when treating plantar fasciitis.
This video is SO good! ❤❤. I love the two camera aspect as well! I’m just starting my career as a LMT and this is exactly the kind of advice I need. Thank you!
I LOVE all of your videos! I just have to say though, be mindful if anyone has any old ankle injuries, it is much more comfortable to work this from the supine (upright) position, you can also get a lot more stretch. (BUT if the feet are VERY tight, supine might be too much of a stretch)
Where are you located and do you take new clients? 😂 I’m an esthetician student with a deep passion for massage. I’m sooo grateful I found these videos. I love your outlook and hope I can help serve others as you do. You are very creative in your approach. Thank you so much for taking the time to educate us. You are a great teacher.
This was great, gave me some awesome ideas. I currently have a client dealing with PF and will try some of these techniques in our next session. Thank you!
Fantastic video as always!:) I had plantar fasciitis 2 years ago, have tried everything, but what helped and resolved it for good was spending time in deep squat for few minutes 2-3 times a day and transitioning to minimal shoes or barefoot shoes as they are called. My sense is that walking in soft comfy shoes, makes our tendons and fascia in our feet lazy and instead of doing its work, balancing, absorbing all that wait and stress it just shrinks and wilts away.
Don't neglect having work done to remove TrP in the sole use. The tendon from the tight soleus draws tight at the heel causing micro tears In the plantar surface Think....cause and effect.... not just effect
@@kuldeepsingh-xl4zo I just had a very sharp pain under my foot nothing else. Two weeks rolling the tennis ball under my foot morning and evening, it disappeared. I’d had the pain for a couple ofbyears
When I watch these vids, I feel tingling from my feet to my hands. I would pay anything to have this professionally done.

I need a foot massage on my right foot so bad. I’m talking excruciating pain…I have no idea where to go to get this done

The only thing that helped my plantar fasciitis was a steroid+numbing injection into my fascia by a good orthopaedic surgeon.
@@mina0rahman hope it’s resolved for good👍
