I love the character, the design, the moves and the looks. But for god sakes get a good British voice actor or remove the voice. It's annoying asf and doesn't fit the look of the character.

Their design was probably to make Steve like Ali. He keeps getting on your nerves with his constant voice lines. He speaks all the time, every move he's throwing comes with a nerve-racking noise. It attacks your peace of mind until you crack up. It's meant to complement his style, as he is a counter hit heavy character who wants to push the opponent into making a mistake.

"Get ready", with Kazuya on top of a grey and cold background. Nonchalant ways. They do know some fans wanted this style. They ultimately went for more fantasy because it sells more.
