you are so cute.....first time seeing your channel....new to keto chow.....who i cant believe how many things you can do with Keto Chow....thanks for the video....loved "we need a Sprouts !"
Hi Lori! I tried the 2krazyketos waffle recipe and it was way too dense. This is so much lighter and actually gets a little crisp to it! Great recipe 👌
Just subscribe to your channel, I was enjoying watching it and then you started talking about a lizard with Geico insurance and I almost died cracking up I swear that was so funny. The best thing is though is that you said it all with a straight face. Can't wait to watch more of your videos.
I’m a new subscriber! Thanks for the keto chow recipe, can you please make more videos related to keto chow? I’m just now incorporating KC to my keto/ PSMF way of eating.
You made me laugh out loud with the Geico commercial, I love that little lizard lol! By the way is that t-shirt you have in Ravenclaw from Harry Potter, love all the movies :-) Going to try these waffles in my George Forman waffle maker, thanks so much, I just got my first order from Keto Chow :-)
OMG 1. Thank you for posting this recipe with keto chow. 2. I fully understand the humidity I’m in Virginia and it’s bad. 3. Yes sprouts please build more in other areas because the closest one to me is 3 hours away 😒 Happy I found your channel ✨😎
You are a hoot!!! I love the caramel macchiato keto chow. Gotta try these, for sure. I'm in Birmingham but never go to Sprouts, might need to chesk it out.
The caramel macchiato is my favorite for making shakes with coffee for my breakfast if I don't have waffles. I try to stop in the Sprouts on Hwy 150 in Hoover whenever we go through there. I always bring a cooler with us just in case because they used to have the best sales on chicken. There's also a Sprouts on 280. I feel like the traffic in both areas is about the same. I miss it...sometimes.
Omg you crack me up. Nice video. I don’t use coconut flour but I will definitely be trying this. I also don’t care for the keto chow it’s way too salty for me and I am on a water pill for retention anyway. But I’m willing to give it a try
My friend has a secondhand store and I have just about wiped her out of measuring spoons and other items that I need to do recipes. I have a box with all of my baking stuff for keto and I leave my teaspoons and tablespoons in there and I don’t have to worry about it. I have plenty in my drawer in the kitchen and I’m good to go. I love all your techniques you’re so right. When people crack their eggs on the edge of the bowl I cringed because that’s what puts shells in your eggs
Love it. Very good recipe. I'll make some with Apple Pie Keto Chow and add a little cinnamon. Snickerdoodle would also be a great option (I also add cinnamon with that too). Thank you for sharing.
Are those waffles crispy? They sort of look like they are. Anyway I'm just got some sample packs of keto chow. I think I will probably cook with them mostly. I'd never get around to making up a batch to drink. If you have to chill before drinking, I'd never get started early enough.
Yes, these are slightly crispy. You can cook them longer to get them more crispy, but since I freeze mine and then reheat in toaster, I don't like to get them too crispy to start with. You don't necessarily have to chill your Keto Chow shakes before drinking them. It just helps them smooth out more. If I have a shake, I usually have them hot made with 20 ounces of coffee, butter, and the keto chow and then I blend them and drink them hot. Still, I prefer to actually eat my food and not drink it so I mostly just use Keto Chow to cook or bake with.
Thanks lol. I do know that, but it's very easy for me to get confused and distracted due to having to watch my time limit on my camera before it automatically stops recording lol. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
Hi Lori, just found you today. I love the looks of this! How many waffles do you get from 1 single recipe (one scoop keto chow) in that same waffle maker? Also, your link to the recipe doesn't take you to a recipe. Just thought you might want to know.
Thank you for watching and letting me know about the link. Keto Chow has changed their website up and I'm no longer using this recipe for my waffles, but each scoop of Keto Chow using this recipe made about 1 1/2 sheets of waffles which means 6 waffles. My new recipe for Keto Chow waffles is 1 scoop Keto Chow, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and 4 large eggs. That makes about 4 to 6 waffles depending on whether you use the Dash No Mess or the Dash Multi-Mini waffle maker which is what I use most of the time now.
I love waffles. Can't wait to make them tomorrow. Gonna use the snickerdoodle. Totally need that big waffle maker. I love dash products Well done girl. Love seeing the receipes
The waffle maker that I used in this video is the Belgian waffle maker by Dash so 4 to 6 waffles per recipe and I usually quadruple the recipe so I have around 20 waffles.
Oh my gosh; I just bought a dozen individual packs of Keto and Chow and I can't stand the thick texture. If I thin it out with more water , and reduce the cream - it takes all day to choke it down. The flavors are....lacking. I also didn't look at the label to see it's rather high in carbs for one meal. (I do 20 total). But...waffles? This could change things; I could add flavor with spice, vanilla, even a splash of coffee. Thank you so much for doing this video! (but why do you say counting calories is wrong? So many people gain weight on keto because many foods are so calorie dense - like me with cheese! I have to consider the calories in my choices or I don't lose weight)
I follow the advice of Dr. Ken D. Berry. I actually don't track anything. I don't track calories, carbs, protein, fat. I just eat until I'm comfortably full at each meal and concentrate on eating protein first. I mainly eat just meat, eggs, and a little bit of dairy. I use vegetables like peppers and onions for flavor, but not just to eat. I always focus on eating protein, but I still don't track how many grams. The last time I did track, I was hitting about 120 grams of protein per day and between 20-30 total grams of carbs per day and most of that was due to cheese, heavy cream, and coffee.
@@Last01-y5v I bought a lot when it was on sale and then didn't like it that much. It *does* have a full protein profile though; I like Orgain chocolate pea protein a lot so my go-to, to use up the KC is One scoop instead of two of Orgain, 1/4 scoop of Orange KC, in 12 oz of cold water blended with a hand blender, then add ice to that. No fat, no milk of any kind. It thickens slightly as it sits because both products include thickeners in them. 1 or 2 of these a day, I keep them in an insulated cup and sip them throughout the day. Ketochow alone has an unpleasant 'baby formula' aftertaste to it, but Orgain doesn't have a full protein profile, meaning you couldn't live on it indefinitely. I appreciate YTuber's like this that are finding other uses for the powder. I haven't had any luck yet with the few KC cookie recipes I've tried and PSMF eggwhite bread is a horror show. I can't believe the people posting how great it is - every attempt I've made has been a styrofoam hockey puck disaster.
I have the one that makes 4 of the mini waffles that I use for chaffles and I love it. If it had been available when I first started keto, it would've been the one I would've bought and not bought the other one, but I do like the thicker waffles for breakfast.
Love your video. You are hilarious! If you don't mind me asking, you mentioned your kidney function... I was wondering if you have kidney disease. If so, what type of Keto do you do? Strict? Lazy? I'm asking because I have kidney disease. Thanks for your video!!!! Going to try these. ❤
I don't have kidney disease but I do have kidney damage from year's of antibiotic use. I eat meat, eggs, cheese, fish, and sometimes I will have a serving of vegetables like brussel sprouts, cabbage, greens cause I'm a southerner, and I like jalapenos sometimes. I follow the Dr. Berry method of keto so I don't track calories, but I do try to keep my total carbs under 20 grams per day.
I believe I got this one at Bed, Bath & Beyond, but Kohl's, Target, Amazon, and some Home Goods stores have them. You can also order directly from Dash. This one is the Dash No Mess, but they have the Multi Maker that makes 4 of the regular size that Ihad to get from Dash. HSN and QVC also have them at times. I just try to find the cheapest price and then order.

I use tsp of keto chow per giant waffle, your way would cost me a ton in keto chow. Also I just use eggs, butter, coconut flour, butter and baking powder. No water and mine are not thick like that. You get 4 small waffle pieces for my one whole giant one.
Recipe:
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 tsp coconut oil (or melted butter or avocado oil)
1 scoop keto chow
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl
Add baking powder and mix well
Add flour and mix well
Add keto chow and mix well
Drop 1/4 cup batter on each waffle area (Dash No-Mess)
Cook until light goes off - approx 4 - 6 minutes
How many does it make in the Dash no meds like the one shown in the video?
