I myself was born and raised in Kamchatka and know the culture of the northern and Siberian peoples well. I love the cultures of the small peoples of Siberia and the Far East, but these guys have increased this love to heavenly heights with their songs!!!!! I cry when I watch their clips... it is a pity that in my Kamchatka there is no such group of representatives of the Kamchatka peoples, although there are just folk ensembles. My favorite is the Mengo ensemble. They perform traditional songs and dances of the Kamchatka peoples

In 1948, the Russians took Tuva from Mongolia!
The group is from city Krasnoyarsk, another region. City is 500 km norther from Tuva capital.
They are not from Tuva. And they are not Mongols. They are representatives of the small indigenous peoples of Siberia

1. Existed Qing (China until 1912), it controlled territories of modern Tuva, back in 1911 happened Mongolian revolution when this territories proclaimed own independence from Qing. Tuva decide to seek protection from Qing in Russia and in same year asked Russian Empire to accept them.
2. Few years later Russia agreed and Tuva became part of Russia. But soon already happened revolution in Russia itself, Russia dissolved, Tuva again became independent state. When several years later was founded USSR, it recognized Tuva as independent state. Rest world not recognized Tuva and considered it as part of China!
3. When happened WW2, Tuva was first in world state which supported USSR and immediately joined to war on side of USSR against nazis. In 1944 authorities of Tuva again asked to accept them into Soviet Russia. In same 1944 they were accepted and became part of USSR.
4. Nowadays Minister of Defense of Russia is ethnical Tuvans.
