Hello Gaurav sir ji mujhe aapki workeout video se bahut hi jyada knowledge milta hai
We can classify that push movements mai static mai load nhi hota aur pull movements mai hota hai. The reason is ki push movements mai jo anchor joints hote hai (like arms in bench press) voh straight hote hai respectively toh voh weight ko counter balance kar dete hai. At the same time, pull movements mai vhi joints bent hote hai toh voh weight ko counter balance karne ke liye primary muscles ko engage hona padta hai, which puts load on the muscles even in a static position.
Sir plz try mike mentzer close grip palm up pulldown for biceps snd give us a review on it
