Hi There is a group of my friends who have started with something disturbing , they have been in a healthy practice of exercising etc , then they got into intermediate fasting Now they have got into an arrangement that they do 24hrs fasting then 2 day fasting then 3 day fasting Also one got into the habit of eating single meal a day On discussion they claim their health is not at risk at all , personally I don't think it's a good practice , instead it's putting ones health at serious risk may I suggest if you cud do a video telling the right thing

Dr usually hesitate and refuse to suggest the patients what to eat. . They will refer to dietecian nutritionist to get food chart. Hence dt is at same level with dr.
The main Antinutrients in plant food are phytic acid, polyphenols, and oxalic acid and there could also be others, but I have heard through genetic engineering these substances can be removed from vegetables ect , but completely removing them is also not good according to certain sources.. Your opinion ?
