Hi Ania! We have a couple of ways of tracking, but the most successful for us has been an internal Whatsapp group which is specifically dedicated to Lean improvements - it includes before and after videos, 2 second lean opportunities and 3s videos. We have between 20 and 30 improvement videos posted in every day, and by sharing the learning we have created a culture of continuous improvement where everyone in the organisation has a lean mindset.
Hey Ryan, I like the idea of having the Lean phrases visible for every to see. Would you be able to share your complete list? I couldn't quite see them all when watching the video. Thanks!

Hi Mario, thankyou for watching, we use standard pallet racking, we have welded castor plates to the bottom of the racks to fit the wheels onto.
