    I really took to this track quickly. Found it had fast flowing S bends. So much fun. I qualified 2nd and got my 1st win in it after 58 races.

      Jason C Thanks. I've had this game since Feb and it's only now I feel I'm getting better. My lines are better, throttle control and brake control have all gotten a lot better as The aids have gradually been getting dropped and have gone from DR:E to DR:C and almost at DR:B. This is coming from someone that had never been into racing games but this game really gripped me. I'm obsessed.

    Finally got gold on this track after several dozens of tries. And saw a significant amount of improvement on other tracks too.
    This track really sharpens your skills as a racer.

    Thanks for the guide, Z. The tip about the first chicane in particular. Would be cool if we get a combined Dragon Trail layout of some sorts!

    So helpful Z! Thanx! That final technical sector was giving me pain! Couldn't find the proper line. I have big criticism about the lack of new tracks, but I gotta say that Maggiore west and this Garden version of Dragon Trail (not the reverse one) are nice. Thanx again Z, cheers from Brazil.

    Interesting what you said about cones in the beginning, I actually joined one of your lobbies for the first time this past week and had to turn off cones to join the race. But since then I just left them off because it really is better to have references that can't get kicked onto the track by other drivers
    So currently I'm still learning a lot of my braking points all over again on all the tracks but I think it will make me more consistent in the long run

    • @Z28Gaming
      @Z28Gaming  6 років тому +2

      ketchup91196 Yeah, definitely keep them off. I never use cones. The only reason why they would have been enabled is for other people in the lobby upon request, or because it's a new track. Nothing wrong with cones to learn, but I find them being distracting during a race when people hit them. It's better in the long run having them off.

    First of all, love the vids! Learning the proper line is important but what I'm interested in learning is how to get your car to the proper line, ie. I see fast drivers tap the brakes or throttle, or a small movement in steering, or a gear shift or some combination, and it all seems to be timed perfectly in order to point the car where it needs to be. I think a little more insight into fine car control would help everyone at CnF to improve safety and lap times. Maybe during some of your streams could go into a little more detail explaining exactly what each of your control imputs are doing.
    Thanks Z

    07:48 my guide here is to go right to the middle of that yellow sign "Harman" , then turn at full throttle (because I dont breack in the orange sign but later (100 sign)- its my way to save time.. and your way is breack earlier and going slow and smooth = and I will try it.

    thanks z you got me down to a 1:31:788 in the gr.3 in the mustang but I am not sure if that is the right car to use because I am running 5 to the rear for brake balance?

  • @Tim_281
    @Tim_281 6 років тому

    Hey Z thanks for sharing, looking forward too your thoughts on the T-GT, Question for ya do ya run full ABS, I've heard that if one is adjusting brake bias with full ABS that brake bias doesnt do anything, any truth too that? Tks man take care hope ya feel better.

    • @Z28Gaming
      @Z28Gaming  6 років тому

      Tim I use full abs. In this game, break bias helps substantially with abs enabled. It doesn't matter if it's on, or off. Depending on your bias, you can really feel the change under breaking around a corner. For instance, a negative break bias in a car like the Ferrari GR3 will help control oversteer. A positive break bias in a Dodge Viper GR3 will help you kick the back end out around turns. Your bias controls how much break pressure is being received from the front/rear.

    • @Tim_281
      @Tim_281 6 років тому

      Z28Gaming ok thank ya for the info Z. I havent played with the bias that much.

    When is the Logitech G29 full review coming?

    • @Z28Gaming
      @Z28Gaming  6 років тому +1

      Ahmed Usman I went over this video the other day and it's pretty accurate. The wheel is fantastic for the money. I'm not sure if I need another dedicated video for it. I recommend the wheel 100%. However, I will speak about the g29 when I do the T-GT video among the others that I own. Here is the video of my initial g29 impression. ua-cam.com/video/hDSyF4GfDfw/v-deo.html

    • @80ahmedusman50
      @80ahmedusman50 6 років тому +1

      Lol, I was eagerly waiting for the review since I'm on the fence on buying the G29. Thanks for the reply :)

    • @Z28Gaming
      @Z28Gaming  6 років тому +1

      Ahmed Usman Haha, I gotcha. Well, I'll give you an inside scoop. If you don't have a lot of money to spend, the g29 is perfect for the money. It's better than the t150 because of the pedals alone. You can't go wrong if you're looking to have a wheel. The next step would be a T300rs, t500, Fanatec CSL and then the T-GT. That's my recommended order for you. 👍🏼 (This order is assuming you only play GT Sport) Otherwise, I would place Fanatec above the T-GT.

    • @80ahmedusman50
      @80ahmedusman50 6 років тому

      Thank you so much! I was actually confused between the T300RS and the Logitech G29. But now I've made my mind on the Logitech because I've heard the T300Rs isn't a reliable wheel whereas the Logitech is pretty durable. The Helical gear system is a compromise, but I guess it is worth it if it will last long.

    • @Z28Gaming
      @Z28Gaming  6 років тому +1

      Ahmed Usman The gear system in the g29 isn't a compromise. I actually like how it feels. As far as reliability, I don't think that makes a difference. I've had my T300rs since launch with no issues at all. If you take care of your stuff, it'll be fine. It's hard to say what's more reliable because people could be burning out their wheels running very high torque settings. (Which puts a lot of wear & tear on the product) No reason to go over 4 or 5 on the torque settings in GT Sport. 👍🏼
