For example heracim's e is the only movement speed ability that scales diffrently than others, from what I remember his e multiplies full movementspeed instead of the raw basespeed. But I'll check it and correct myself if I'm wrong.
I hate that league has these hidden nerf calcularions. You gotta consult the god damn training tool every time you think of a potentially fun build idea to make sure the math actually does as it's presented
It depends on what you consider diminishing returns. If you believe armor has diminishing returns because it's a multiplier for health and thus as you get armor, you stop wanting armor and start wanting health, then AD and AP have diminishing returns too: buying attack speed is more valuable if you already have a lot of AD than buying more AD, for example. If you don't consider that as diminishing returns, then only tenacity and % resistance penetration have true diminishing returns. And you can't stack the latter anymore through items alone. Limits are only diminishing returns if they are easily reachable, so it's subjective. You probably don't consider crit chance and attack speed to have diminishing returns just because they have (high) hard limits.
Only % penetration has diminishing returns but you can't even stack it. Move speed also has because of artificial limits. If you have 100 armor you reduce damage by 50% so you survive twice as long, if you have 200 armor you ha e 66% so you survive thrice as long, it is not diminishing returns even if it seems like it because 50 is bigger than 16, same with ability haste
@@aliel9597 If an enemy has 100 armor and you have 40% armor pen from ldr its 60 armor. Say a teammate has Black Clear though so they reduce the enemies armor by 30%, it wont be like youre attacking someone with 30 armor, its be 70 armor reduced by 40% so about 42 armor even though its a 30% shread plus 40% pen. Iirc if you just stack the base stat (only panth can do it with R passive) it doenst matter. But % pen from several different sources gets weaker.
Kind of ironic you're talking about the game reducing movement speed while having the backgound music that plays on the snow route in pokemon platinum. Considering the route has areas that slow movement down.

I was in arena with sivir ult + ghost + tap dancer and I would go back and forth between 800 and 2500. It says it stacks infinitely but not only it does not scale infinitely (I was throwing autos like never, with 3.2 attack speed) because I could not reach higher that 2.5k ms but it also goes up and down, for some reason. Would love to know the why but I have no time for that xd. If someone knows I'd be thankful if it were to be explained tho

I got 1k movement speed kled in arena anyways
(around 1.5k if caps didnt exist and I had "dont blink augment so I could have dealt 100% extra dmg)
