Still regret selling mine when the 318 blew up and I was leaving for Alaska for the summer the next day. Had nowhere to store it. Called a wrecker and sold it for 400$ So stupid!!😢
thats all kinds of bad-assery right there. one issue, from what i saw, your rear drive shaft angle is pretty steep. might need to tilt it upwards... does it vibrate?
Im looking to 4bt swap one myself and am wondering if i should move the steering column to the left the 2 1/2" they did on the furst gen cummins to clear the vacuum pump and power steering pump
@@durhamholtmeier8330 yeah I’m leaving the engine stock no need for more power or torque. It’s the ball joints that will take a beating I think and wheel bearings. I have 39 1/2 tires for playing off road and getting a smaller set for on road driving.
Any issues with the dana 44 holding the extra weight of a 6bt. Does it stop ok with that much weight on the nose. I am thinking about doing this to my 1980 w150 power wagon.
I just found out today that I need a RamCharger, and just found out right now that I need to then Cummins swap it. 😍👌

Just a beauty to have in 2020, who cares if it’s old?
Who cares if it’s old is right 👍🏽 IMO that’s the best part 😎
This is the only thing I ever want in life
so cool.....if that was for sale I would buy it!

Love it
Nunca pude tener una
A real beaut of a truck.
I have a 1991 Ramcharger I’m putting a 1993 Cummins in currently. Did you change your axles ? I was thinking of putting diesel truck ones in.
Great question I'm 4bt swapping one and was wondering same ...my gut is I think it'll take the weight....just not big tires and big power

Nice
What kind of tires and lift kit want to put on my, I got the same year
@ChristopherLynn. What front axle and rear axle are you running in this?
If you ever sell, please let me know.

And what radiator did you use ?
WHY NOT SWAP TO 3/4 OR 1 TON AXELS? SEEM LIKE ALOT OF TORQUE FOR HALF TON IF ONE WAS TO RUFF HOUSE
But I would lower it
What a dream. But honestly, I’d put a 6.5 in it. I dare to cause grief and be different lol
6.5 what?
